Kollol Puja Samiti Gulshan Botnia celebrated Durga Puja

NOIDA News (07/10/2025): Kollol Puja Samiti Gulshan Botnia Noida Sector 144 celebrated Durga Puja with traditional fervour and gaiety. On this occasion, a variety of cultural programmes, fashion shows of kids and parents, and musical performances by a local ‘Band Seasons’ and devotional dance by Nrityotkarsh enthralled the residents and other locals.

Tirthankar (vocals) and Dhritiman (on guitar) from the Delhi-based band paid a rich tribute to late musician Zubeen Garg by belting out some of the singer’s immortal songs.

Zubeen Garg, one of Assam’s most beloved cultural icons, died under mysterious circumstances on September 19 in Singapore while swimming in the sea.

Dhunuchi dance, Sindoor Khela, Kumari Puja etc are some of the key attractions of the four-day-long celebrations.

Talking about the successful completion of Durga puja celebrations in Gulshan Botnia, President of Kollol Puja Samiti Shantanu Gupta said, “Durga Puja symbolizes triumph of good over evil and the relevance of the Durga Puja assumes tremendous importance in view of the current situation in society.” Ranjumani Barman, cultural secretary, Kollol Puja Samiti thanked all the residents and volunteers for making the event a huge success.
