GL Bajaj Concludes Strategic Planning MDP with NBCC (India) Ltd.

GREATER NOIDA News (20/11/2025): The Department of Management Studies at GL Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management (GLBITM) concluded a three-day Management Development Program (MDP) on Strategic Planning and Organizational Growth, exclusively for senior and middle-level officials of NBCC (India) Ltd. a Navratna PSU.

The program aimed at enriching participants with strategic insights on infrastructure development, organizational excellence, technology-driven transformation, leadership, and sustainable growth. The initiative brought together industry leaders, academicians, and domain experts for a high-impact learning experience.

The MDP followed by an inspiring inaugural message by Chief Guest, Anjeev Jain, CFO & Director (Finance), NBCC (India) Ltd., who highlighted the pivotal role of strategic planning in strengthening national infrastructure.
Prof. V. N. Bajpai, Dean, Department of Management Studies, GLBITM, presented the program objectives and set the tone for the three-day learning journey.

The program was uniquely aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG 9, SDG 12, SDG 16, and SDG 17, reaffirming GLBITM’s commitment to responsible and sustainable infrastructure development.

The closing ceremony was graced by Kartikay Agarwal, CEO, GL Bajaj Educational Institutions, along with Debasis Satapathy, CGM-HRM, NBCC (India) Ltd. Both leaders lauded the strong academia-industry partnership that shaped this impactful program.
