ITS College of Pharmacy organises Freshers’ Party for B.Pharma students

To extend a warm welcome to the newly admitted students, I.T.S College of Pharmacy organised a lively and memorable Freshers’ Party titled “Abhivyakti” on November 21, 2025, marking a joyful beginning filled with enthusiasm, learning, and lasting friendships.

Arpit Chadha, Vice Chairman, I.T.S – The Education Group, highlighted the energy of youth creating a joyful platform that nurtured togetherness and reinforced a strong sense of unity between juniors and seniors.

Dr Sadish Kumar S, Director, I.T.S College of Pharmacy, warmly welcomed our esteemed guest, Dr M. Thangraj, Principal, I.T.S Institute of Allied and Health Sciences, and commended the dedicated efforts of the event coordinators and second-year students for their enthusiastic organisation. He wished the freshers for their successful future and urged them to run the race to win the victory with patient and endurance. The guest of the day Dr Thangraj, Director, IHAS welcomed the students to the ITS family. He encouraged them to view their journey as a dedication and service to healthcare, rather than merely the study of medicines. Dr Rajkumari, Dean & Professor, acknowledged the warm sense of unity between juniors and seniors and appreciated all the contributors who successfully organised the program.
The celebration began with the traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, followed by vibrant dance performances and melodious singing that reflected the students’ creativity and confidence. The freshers introduced themselves and showcased their talents during the talent round, after which the judges evaluated participants and awarded titles based on style, grace, and performance. Mr Fresher and Ms Fresher were awarded to Dhairya Tomar and Punyasha Mohanty, while Pushkar Sharma and Saloni Chauhan received the titles of Mr Charming and Ms Charming, respectively.

The event concluded with an enjoyable photo session and an energetic DJ segment, leaving everyone with cherished memories. Overall, the programme successfully strengthened bonds among students and created a positive and welcoming atmosphere for the new academic journey. The event was efficiently coordinated by Dr. Iti Chauhan, Professor, along with Moumita Barman, Associate Professor, and Preeti, Assistant Professor, with excellent support from student volunteers Vaishnavi Dwivedi, Annanya Tiwari, Pradeep Kumar Sain, and Nupur Tyagi. The Freshers’ Party was a grand success due to the collective efforts and cooperation of all involved.
