Greater Noida News (10th January 2026): Global culinary leaders from across the world converged at the World Culinary Heritage Conference 2026, inaugurated during Indus Food 2026 at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida. The conference was inaugurated by Jitin Prasada, Minister of State for Commerce & Industry, in the presence of Tomasi Tuabuna, Minister for Agriculture and Waterways, Government of Fiji, along with several eminent figures from the global culinary fraternity.

Prominent dignitaries present included Manjit Gill, President of the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations (IFCA); Uwe Micheel, Vice President, WorldChefs; Willment Leong, Continental Director – Asia, WorldChefs; and Mohit Singla, Chairman, Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI), among others.

Amidst the high-profile gathering, Redkine Enterprises, led by entrepreneur Nita Mehta, emerged as a key attraction at the exhibition. The company showcased an extensive range of nearly 40 healthy snack products, drawing significant interest from domestic and international visitors.

Speaking to Ten News at Indus Food 2026, Nita Mehta said, We have brought close to 40 healthy snack products, all of which are gluten-free, roasted, and prepared with minimal oil. Our aim is to prove that healthy snacking does not have to be bland or boring—it can be crunchy, flavourful, and enjoyable.

She highlighted that the product portfolio includes six varieties of makhanas, which she described as a nutrient-rich superfood packed with protein and fiber. In addition, the brand offers roasted chips that can be consumed with dips, paired with tea, or enjoyed on their own.

Marking Redkine Enterprises’ first participation at Indusfood, Nita Mehta expressed satisfaction with the response received so far. She said, That the footfall has been excellent, with buyers and visitors from across India and several international markets. We are confident that Indusfood will open up strong business opportunities and help us gain wider market visibility.

Commenting on the venue, Nita Mehta also praised the facilities at India Expo Mart. She noted the effective temperature control despite the winter conditions, the cleanliness of the premises—particularly the restrooms—and the overall ease of accessibility, calling it a world-class exhibition infrastructure.
