Among the exhibitors, the Gulab brand attracted attention with a dedicated stall showcasing its traditional Indian confections. Speaking to Ten News Network, Kanchan, representative of the Gulab brand, said the company has been preserving the legacy of authentic Rewri and Gajak since 1912. The brand’s manufacturing facility is located in the Delhi-NCR region, with a strong retail presence across India and a growing export footprint in multiple international markets.
She emphasized that Gulab brand products are prepared using pure desi ghee, with uncompromising quality standards. Quality has always been our core value, and we have maintained traditional recipes while adapting to modern production practices, she said.
At Indus Food 2026, the company displayed an extensive range of offerings, including its signature Rewri and Gajak, namkeen, frozen sweets, and dry fruit-based confectionery. Kanchan added that the brand is actively expanding its product portfolio, particularly in the frozen and dry snack segments, to cater to evolving consumer preferences in domestic and global markets.
Recalling past participation, she noted that earlier editions of Indus Food generated strong business enquiries and resulted in successful client conversions. This year, we are optimistic about engaging with new international buyers and further strengthening our export network, she added.
Kanchan also praised the facilities and arrangements at India Expo Mart, stating that the modern infrastructure, well-designed interiors, cafeteria services, and overall organisation ensured a smooth and professional experience for exhibitors. Indus Food 2026 continues to serve as a vital platform for showcasing India’s rich culinary heritage while enabling food brands to expand their global reach through meaningful trade interactions.
