Amber Enterprises Secure 116 Acres Near Jewar Airport | Yamuna Authority

GREATER NOIDA News (23/01/2026): Amber Enterprises India Limited has announced a major expansion plan near the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar, after securing a total of 116 acres of land from the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA). The move is expected to significantly strengthen the group’s manufacturing footprint and create large-scale employment in the region.
According to disclosures made to the stock exchanges, YEIDA has allotted 100 acres of land to Amber Enterprises India Limited for setting up a new manufacturing facility in Sector 8 of the YEIDA area, close to Jewar Airport. The land allotment was approved on 18 January 2026.
In addition, Ascent-K Circuit Private Limited— a subsidiary of IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited, which is a material subsidiary of Amber Enterprises— has been allotted 16 acres of land in Sector 10, YEIDA. This unit will operate as a separate manufacturing facility, also located in close proximity to the airport.
The company has indicated that the combined investment for both projects is estimated at â‚ą6,785 crore, which will be deployed in a phased manner as per the approved investment plan. Once operational, the two facilities are expected to generate direct employment for more than 3,000 people over time, providing a significant boost to industrial and job growth in the region.
Amber Enterprises stated that the new manufacturing units will enhance the group’s production capacity and support the localisation of critical electronic and consumer durable components. The projects are aligned with the Government of India’s “Atmanirbhar Bharat” initiative, aimed at reducing import dependence and strengthening domestic manufacturing ecosystems.
The projects will be located near the Noida International Airport (Jewar Airport), one of India’s largest upcoming aviation infrastructure projects. The airport is being developed as a major international gateway for the National Capital Region (NCR) and is expected to become a key logistics and cargo hub once operational. Its strategic location along the Yamuna Expressway is attracting significant interest from manufacturing, electronics, logistics, and export-oriented industries.
With world-class cargo handling facilities planned at the airport, companies setting up units in the YEIDA region are expected to benefit from improved connectivity, faster movement of goods, and enhanced access to global markets. The development of industrial sectors around Jewar Airport is also expected to transform western Uttar Pradesh into a major manufacturing and investment corridor.
