The program was organized in collaboration with the Indian Resuscitation Council Federation (IRCF) and focused on equipping healthcare professionals with essential, evidence-based life-saving skills.

The course was formally inaugurated by Dr. Brig. Rakesh Gupta, Director, GIMS Greater Noida, who highlighted the crucial role of prompt and scientifically validated resuscitation techniques in saving lives and improving clinical outcomes. The certification program saw active participation from doctors, nursing staff, nursing interns, and paramedical personnel, reflecting a multidisciplinary approach to emergency care training. Such diverse participation reinforced the importance of coordinated team response during critical situations.

The BCLS training was conducted by a team of certified instructors under the academic supervision of Dr. Nazia from the Department of Anaesthesia, supported by experienced faculty members. The course curriculum was delivered strictly in accordance with IRCF guidelines and emphasized current, evidence-based protocols in resuscitation science and basic life support.
