Riteish Deshmukh reflects on life during Maldives vacation with family
Mumbai, June 8 (IANS) Bollywood actor Riteish Deshmukh has shared a reflective note from his Maldives getaway.
Taking to Instagram, the ‘Masti actor offered a heartfelt reminder about what truly matters in life. In the caption, he highlighted that the most meaningful gifts are not material possessions but moments spent with loved ones, time shared together, and memories created from the heart. Riteish posted a video from his family trip and captioned it as “The best gifts in life don’t come wrapped in boxes—they come from the heart, time, and shared moments. #experiencecentara #maldives.”
In the clip, Riteish, along with his wife Genelia D’Souza and sons Riaan and Rahyl, is seen enjoying every bit of their beach vacation. From the children playing in the sand to engaging in adventurous activities, the family is seen making the most of their time together and cherishing their fun-filled getaway. Riteish, along with his family, also enjoys sea diving during their vacation. The actor added the song “Aye Udi Udi Udi” from the film Saathiya, featuring Vivek Oberoi and Rani Mukerji. The track, composed by A. R. Rahman and sung by Adnan Sami, plays in the background.
Meanwhile, the couple recently celebrated their son Rahyl’s tenth birthday on June 1. Riteish expressed his wish that his son always keeps the child within him alive. Calling Rahyl “charming and enthusiastic”, the doting father wrote, “Rayo, I love you. You are truly an incredible boy—full of effervescence, charm, and wit. I hope you always carry the child within you, even as you grow older each year. Happy happiest 10th birthday, my son! (sic)”
Genelia also penned a heartfelt birthday post for her little munchkin on social media. “There’s something about you Rahyl…As your Aai – I Look at you and I want to be you -Full of life, a strong leader, someone who gives fearlessness a new meaning, and someone who brings a smile to everyone you ever interact with Don’t change for anything in the world Rahyl Your Fan Forever – Aai (sic).”
