National News (15/06/2026): The 10th Decennial Edition of the Exhibition Excellence Awards & Summit (EEA 2026) concluded on a landmark note at the CIDCO Exhibition & Convention Centre in Navi Mumbai, setting new benchmarks for participation, industry engagement and international collaboration. With more than 1,200 delegates in attendance, the event emerged as the largest and most successful edition in the platform’s decade-long journey.

One of the most significant segments of EEA 2026 was the Leadership Roundtable themed “Role of the Exhibition Industry in India’s Viksit Bharat @2047 Roadmap.”
The session brought together government representatives, exhibition organisers, venue operators, international associations and industry experts to discuss the strategic role of exhibitions and business events in driving trade, tourism, investment and economic growth.
Key recommendations emerging from the discussion included strengthening convention bureaus and destination promotion organisations, expanding exhibition and convention infrastructure, encouraging proactive support from state governments, fostering stronger collaboration between stakeholders and investing in technology, artificial intelligence and talent development.
The roundtable reinforced the growing recognition of exhibitions as powerful economic enablers capable of accelerating India’s development ambitions over the coming decades.

Running alongside the summit, India Event Expo 2026 witnessed unprecedented participation with 136 exhibitors representing event technology, fabrication, production, logistics, hospitality, experiential marketing, venue solutions and event management services.

Awards honoured excellence in innovation, business growth, leadership, operational performance, industry contribution and customer experience. Winners represented some of the most influential organisations shaping the future of India’s business events landscape.
The ceremony also featured the announcement of results from the highly anticipated live competition categories, adding excitement and prestige to the evening.
