Greater Noida News (17 July 2026): Greater Noida World School came alive with creativity, enthusiasm, and environmental awareness as it hosted Artistry 2026, a grand inter-school competition that brought together nearly 600 students from various schools. The event, held in the school auditorium, showcased young talent through a series of artistic and cultural competitions centered on the theme “Ecoconverse: Designing the Sustainable World.”

The event witnessed the gracious presence of Gajanan Mali, Founder of Ten News Network, as the Chief Guest. Among the distinguished guests were Gargi Ghosh, Principal of SDRV, Namrata Gupta, Director of Greater Noida World School, representatives from Holy Public School, school principals, teachers, parents, and enthusiastic students from participating institutions.

Welcoming the gathering, Principal Manju Kaul Raina expressed her delight at hosting such a large-scale inter-school event and extended a warm welcome to all the guests and participants. She highlighted that around 600 students had assembled to celebrate creativity, teamwork, innovation, and the true spirit of healthy competition.

Addressing the students, Principal Raina emphasized that competitions are not merely about winning trophies or securing ranks but about discovering one’s hidden potential, learning through collaboration, and gaining confidence by sharing a common platform with peers from different schools.

She encouraged every participant to perform with confidence, remain disciplined, support fellow competitors, and value the learning experience above the final results. According to her, true success lies in developing the right attitude, inspiring others, and embracing every opportunity to grow.

Speaking about the theme “Ecoconverse: Designing the Sustainable World,” she underlined the importance of environmental consciousness in today’s world. Referring to the growing challenges of global warming and climate change, she said the school intentionally selected a theme that would inspire students to think creatively about building a greener, cleaner, and healthier planet for future generations. She added that practical learning and creative participation help young minds understand environmental responsibility far more effectively than classroom lessons alone.

Principal Raina also conveyed her heartfelt gratitude to the participating schools, fellow principals, teachers, organizers, and everyone whose cooperation made the event possible. She wished every participant the very best and urged them to focus on giving their best performance rather than worrying about the outcome.

Addressing the audience, Chief Guest Gajanan Mali, Founder of Ten News Network, congratulated the school for organizing yet another meaningful platform for students. Appreciating the event’s concept, he remarked that art is much more than painting or sculpture—it is reflected in every profession and every aspect of life.

He explained that whenever a person goes beyond ordinary work with passion and dedication, that individual becomes an artist. Encouraging students to identify their unique talents, he urged them to seek continuous guidance from their teachers and keep nurturing their abilities.

Recalling renowned personalities such as M.F. Husain, Lata Mangeshkar, Mohammad Rafi, and Mukesh, he said every generation produces exceptional artists, and today’s students have the potential to become tomorrow’s icons if they remain committed to learning and excellence.

Gajanan Mali also praised Greater Noida World School for consistently organizing educational, sports, and cultural events that provide students with opportunities to explore their talents beyond academics. Sharing his long association with the institution, he fondly described the school’s auditorium as “Greater Noida’s Cultural Centre (GNCC),” appreciating its role in promoting creativity and holistic education.

He applauded the environmental performances presented by students from different schools and encouraged them to continue learning new skills while pursuing their passions wholeheartedly. According to him, when passion meets dedication, the true objective of education and such competitions is fulfilled.

Throughout the day, students enthusiastically participated in a wide range of competitions, including art, music, group performances, and other creative activities inspired by environmental sustainability. Their performances reflected innovation, teamwork, imagination, and a strong commitment to spreading awareness about protecting the environment.

The vibrant atmosphere, colourful presentations, and energetic participation from students of different schools transformed the event into a celebration of creativity, collaboration, and responsible citizenship.

The programme concluded with a grand prize distribution ceremony, where winners across various categories were felicitated by Chief Guest Gajanan Mali, Principal Manju Kaul Raina, Director Namrata Gupta, and other dignitaries. Certificates, trophies, and awards were presented to recognize the outstanding performances of the participants.

Artistry 2026 successfully reinforced the message that education extends beyond classrooms. By blending creativity with environmental awareness, the event inspired young minds to become confident learners, responsible citizens, and future leaders committed to building a sustainable world.
