National News (05/10/2026): The Indian Industries Association (IIA) has taken a significant step towards strengthening the industrial ecosystem in Amroha with the launch of its new Amroha Chapter. The new chapter was formally introduced during the IIA Amroha Industry Connect programme held on October 3, 2026, at Hotel Sukhdev in Gajraula.
The event brought together industrialists, entrepreneurs and representatives from the regional business community, providing a platform for interaction, networking and discussion on key issues affecting industries in the Amroha region.
The programme was attended by Dinesh Goyal, National President of IIA, and Gopal Mehta, Divisional Chairman of IIA, whose presence marked the significance of the new chapter and its role in strengthening industry representation at the local level.
During the programme, participants discussed the need for greater coordination among local industries and explored opportunities to encourage entrepreneurship, improve business networking and create a more supportive environment for industrial growth.
The formation of the Amroha Chapter is expected to provide local entrepreneurs and industrial units with a common platform to raise industry-related concerns, exchange ideas and work collectively towards addressing challenges faced by the business community.
The initiative also aims to facilitate stronger collaboration among industries while creating opportunities for new investments, partnerships and expansion in the region.
Rajeev Bansal, CEO of Celestial Lifestyle Limited and National Vice President of IIA, extended his best wishes to the newly established Amroha Chapter. He expressed confidence that the chapter would emerge as an effective platform for the local industrial community and contribute to the overall economic and industrial development of the region.
Bansal also congratulated Vaibhav Agarwal, who has been nominated as the Chairman of the IIA Amroha Chapter, and wished him a successful tenure ahead.
The launch of the new chapter is being viewed as an important development for Amroha’s industrial community, with expectations that it will encourage greater industry participation, strengthen collective representation and support the region’s journey towards sustainable industrial growth.
