Inner Wheel Club Noida City Hosts Physiotherapy Session in Noida

Noida News (11/10/2026): Inner Wheel Club Noida City organised a special physiotherapy session at the clubhouse of ATS One Hamlet, Sector 104, Noida, bringing expert healthcare guidance to residents and fitness enthusiasts. The session aimed to promote physical well-being and raise awareness about the importance of physiotherapy in maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.

The session was conducted by Dr. Ramesh NR (PT), a renowned physiotherapy consultant with extensive experience across the Delhi-NCR region, along with his team. Dr. Ramesh previously served as the Head of the Department of Physiotherapy and Sports Injury at Jaypee Hospital, Noida. He currently runs the Olympus Soul Wellness Center in Sector 128, Noida, where he provides professional wellness and physiotherapy services.

The programme witnessed the participation of Inner Wheel Club Noida City President Sarita Sahay, Secretary Manju Sud, Vice President Geeta Kapoor, member Rupali Agarwal, along with gym members and residents of ATS One Hamlet. The gathering provided an opportunity for participants to engage with a healthcare professional and learn more about the role of physiotherapy in promoting physical fitness and overall well-being.

As a gesture of gratitude and appreciation, the club presented Dr. Ramesh with a set of handcrafted “Light Jewels” candles created by Manju Sood, along with her two poetry collections, Sahiba and Mahi, and an Inner Wheel pouch.

The initiative reflected Inner Wheel Club Noida City’s commitment to community engagement and wellness awareness, highlighting the importance of bringing healthcare expertise and healthy-living initiatives closer to residents.
