Another feather in Greater Noida’s cap, Galgotias University becomes preferred destination for film shootings and promotions

In a fabulous news for movie lovers of the city, Greater Noida’s Galgotias University Campus 1 is soon again going to become the shooting location for another renowned directors upcoming flick titled “Aiyaary”. IIFA and National Award winner Director Neeraj Pandey is slated to shoot for his upcoming movie “Aiyaary” in Greater Noida’s prestigious  Galgotias University’s campus tomorrow.

Few years back Ranveer Singh starer “Kill-Dill” was also filmed in Galgotias University’s lush green campus.

Greater Noida fast becoming preferred choice for movie shoots: 

It must be noted that directors and producers spend a good amount of time and energy to find an ideal location to match with their story lines. Location scouting makes for a vital part of pre-production period and emphasis is laid on discovering fresh or less-known locations.

Greater Noida in itself being a very young city and hence attracts attentions of many directors and location scout.

Joining the league is renowned Director Neeraj Pandey who has movies like A Wednesday, Special 26, Baby and M S Dhoni in his kitty.

Movie Promotions in Galgotias University:

Few months back John Abraham, Varun Dhawan and Jacquline Fernandez also visited Galgotias University to promote their movie “Dhishoom”. There grand entry in a chopper which landed right between the Galogotias University amid cheers of large crowd made news all over the country. Being one of the largest University in the country, Filmmakers are now opting to make Galgotias a part of their movie to woo its strong student and alumnus fraternity.
