Reflecting on the foundation of the school, Mr. Bansal said, Around 20 years ago, we conceived a vision — to establish a school that not only imparts academic knowledge but also shapes students into successful individuals in every walk of life. Today, we are proud to see that mission taking shape with every passing year.

When asked about the school’s Unique Selling Proposition (USP), Mr. Bansal emphasized the importance of holistic development. While academic rigor is at the core of our curriculum, we place equal importance on personality development, moral values, communication skills, and physical education. Challenges Faced and Overcome

Addressing the hurdles the school has faced during its 25-year journey, Mr. Bansal candidly said, Serving primarily the middle and lower-middle-class families of Greater Noida, one of our biggest challenges has been ensuring consistent student attendance, especially when students travel to their hometowns. However, through proactive engagement and support systems, we have managed to handle these challenges effectively while maintaining high academic standards.

Embracing NEP 2020

Ascent International School has been among the early adopters of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. We quickly aligned our teaching methodologies, evaluation processes, and curriculum with the directives of NEP 2020. This comprehensive implementation has borne fruit — we achieved 100% pass results in both Classes 10 and 12 this year, with a majority of students scoring above 80% in various subjects, Mr. Bansal highlighted.

Engaging With Parents: A Collaborative Effort

On the topic of parental involvement, Mr. Bansal extended a heartfelt message to families across Greater Noida. We regularly conduct orientation programs, especially for parents of students entering Class 9 and 11, to help them understand our educational philosophy and operational policies. All we ask from parents is regular attendance from their children and positive reinforcement at home. We’ll take care of the rest.
