Bandh for whole day tomorrow, Chakka jam till 3 PM, says farmer leader

Farmer leader Nirbhay Singh Dhudike at Singhu border on Monday said that a peaceful bandh will be observed for whole day tomorrow, in entire India.

Speaking to reporters, Dhudike said, “Our protest is not limited to Punjab. Even leaders from across the globe, like Trudeau from Canada, are supporting us. Ours is a peaceful protest.”

Adding to it, farmer leader Darshan Pal at Delhi-Haryana Singhu border added, “The bandh will be observed the whole day tomorrow. Chakka jam till 3 PM. It will be a peaceful bandh. We are firm on not allowing any political leaders on our stage.”

Meanwhile, large number of protestors continue to camp at Singhu border of Delhi. Make-shift medical camp also continues to operate at Singhu border (Delhi-Haryana) where the farmers’ protest has entered Day 12 today.

“We have attended 400 farmers with ailments. They have been provided with required treatment,” says a volunteer.
