Bar Association President and eminent SC Lawyer talk about Election Reform

Noted Supreme Court lawyer and Bar Association President Fali Nariman today spoke about election reforms and it’s urgent need.
He said that Anna Hazare joining the revolution would help in spreading it to the ground level and spreading awareness among masses.
People require electoral reform but the problem is that people do not know about it.
We must have electoral reform for sure. We must have a reform that if there is a person who wants to gets elected and a charge is framed by a criminal court in a criminal offence against him, he should not be allowed to contest in the election.
