BIMTECH organizes 30th HR Round Table on “Leading the Social Enterprise: Reinvent with a Human Focus”

Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) organised its “30th HR Round Table” on 9th August 2019, at Hotel the Leela Ambience, Gurugram, in association with National HRD Network and Deloitte (Knowledge Partner).
The Theme of the Round Table was “Leading the Social Enterprise: Reinvent with a Human Focus” with the Sub-Theme “The alternative workforce: It’s now mainstream”.
The program commenced with the Welcome Address by Dr. H. Chaturvedi, Director BIMTECH, Greater Noida, who set the tone for the discussion. Nitin Razdan, Partner, Human Capital, Deloitte India, further presented the findings of Deloitte’s Survey report on “The alternative workforce”.
The panel discussion on the Sub-Theme ” The alternative workforce: It’s now mainstream” was moderated by Nitin Razdan, who raised many pertinent questions and sought the opinions of the panelists on those issues.

During the Q & A session many remarkable questions were raised by the audience and precisely answered by the Panelists. Dhananjay Singh, Director General, NHRDN, briefed about the upcoming 22nd NHRDN National Conference scheduled to be held in Chennai. Nalin Srivastava, Asst. Director, NHRDN proposed the Vote of Thanks.
