BJP is Killing Democracy says Somnath Bharti

(11/05/2017) New Delhi : Yesterday BJP State Chief Manoj Tiwari has alleged that AAP has misused assembly by bringing in a fake machine inside as well as by calling a special session without any public welfare reason.

Senior Aam Aadmi party leader Somnath Bharti rebuked these charges and said, “Main purpose of Assembly is to protect constitution.

BJP is killing democracy through EVM. They should feel ashamed about it. There plan is being revealed and hence BJP is in panic”.

Speaking upon AAP’s new strategy after MCD debacle Somnath said, “Delhi was and is very important for us. We will always keep our focus on Delhi but our parliamentary board will decide about which new states does party wants to expand”.

Also today morning during AAP protest at Election Commission a media person was injured in a scuffle with protesting volunteers. Somnath Bharti condemned it and said, “If our party volunteers have misbehaved with any media person it must be probed and it is commendable beyond doubt”.

He also spoke on EVM tampering charges and said, “Initially election commission used to say that EVM cannot be tampered at all but now Saurabh Bharadwaj has proved that EVM is not tamper proof. It will now be a next step that how it is being done and how to check it”.

Reiterating stand of his party he said,”AAM aadmi party says that VVPAT machine should be brought in use immediately and it must start from Gujarat assembly elections itself”.
