BJP MAHILA MORCHA TIES RAKHI THREADS ON THE WRISTS OF SOLDIERS
New Delhi, 17 August. Under the leadership of Delhi BJP Mahila Morcha President Smt. Kamaljeet Sehrawat, the women workers went to Delhi Cantonment and tied Rakhi on the wrists of the 60 Army Brothers belonging to Rashtrapati Batalian.
On this occasion 75 women including Smt. Seema Arora, Delhi Cantt. Councillor Smt. Priyanka Chaudhary, Smt. Deepali, Smt. Pushpa Rajput, Smt. Shweta Saini, Smt. Kiran, Smt. Damini Chandel and Smt. Sunita tied Rakhi on the wrists of 60 soldiers including Major Dheeraj.
Mahila Morcha President Smt. Kamaljeet Sehrawat said that Rakshabandhan is not only a family festival but also a social festival which teaches us to respect our sisters and women.
