NEW DELHI : Expressing displeasure over the recent CBI raid at Deputy CM, Manish Sisodia’s residence, earlier today, Aam Aadmi Party spokesperson Sanjay Singh has said that BJP’s central leadership has been doing this to destabilise Delhi government.

“They are levelling baseless allegations against our ministers who are sincerely committed to the development and prosperity that BJP can’t take.”

Calling it an attempt to defame the AAP government in Delhi, he said, “BJP’s has been working tooth and nail to bring down the AAP government and all those voices that question them.”

He also alleged that BJP has also curbed the independence of the autonomous institution of the country to run their hateful politics.

“31 % of sitting BJP union ministers have criminal charges against them, why doesn’t the CBI take action or initiate a query against them?” Singh asked.

While calling the reasons, on ground of which CBI raided Sisodia’s house, baseless, he said “CBI has been acting like a scapegoat in the hands of BJP for they are threatening and raiding any institution that questions the methods of BJP.”

He also alleged that BJP has been hindering our works. “Our fourteen bills are pending; despite being in government PWD has recently sent us a notice for the payment of 27 lakhs. All this is happening because they want to bring us down. But we will keep doing our work as we are committed towards the public good,” he said.
