Blending self healing into modern healthcare: Dr Puneet Gupta shares interesting aspects of Applied spiritual biology

March 22, Greater Noida: The inauguration ceremony of the 59th Annual Conference of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics ‘Pedicon 2022’ at India Expo Mart also witnessed unveiling of book titled “Applied Spiritual Biology” written by Dr Puneet Gupta, Cancer Super Specialist.

The book was launched by Union Minister of Health & Child development, Smriti Irani. This unique book blends spiritual Well Being along with modern healthcare and promotes self-healing.

“This is the first time in Independent India that a book is given such a unique title Applied Spiritual Biology. Self healing is being promoted in this book hence such a name is given to it,” Dr Punnet Gupta told Ten News.

Outlining key aspects of his book, Gupta added, “Modern Science/Modern Healthcare System is being merged with spiritual well being so that psychologists can also offer the process of spiritual wellbeing to their patients. It talks of how without any drugs/devices through a psychological process patients can self heal.”

On being asked about what is lacking in our healthcare system and how this concept of spiritual biology can overcome these drawbacks, he said, “It’s an unmet need and an opportunity in which India can play a leadership role as spiritual well being is yet to be integrated with modern healthcare.”

He affirmed along with drug, device & doctor, we need self participation of the patient; when a patient will cognates his divine self, it’ll self heal.

Gupta advised self-healing along with drugs and devices and emphasized on cognition on the process of self-healing.

He spoke about a cognitive well-being process which he terms as “by me, to me and for me” and highlighted on self-healing through it by spreading the divine light in the whole body.

He said this will be trained to you by the psychologists & not just patients but anybody above the age of 8 years can use this process & this is specifically trained on a biological basis.

Doctor Gupta said, “I have hunted out the biological pathways which were given in a secretive manner in Gita, Ramayan, Ved, after implementing it in patients & discussing with many doctors & finding out its biological value, I’m presenting it for greater good of patients now.”

He also talked about a special biological route to overall well-being of mind and body which he calls as “Gupta golden gate”. He said, “This is a biological pathway to the feeling of Spiritual awakening, spiritual enlightenment, spiritual wellness and wellbeing.”

He has launched two biological apps on Google Play Store for it— Spiritual Biology Workshops, Spiritual Biology Library.

Gupta said this will ease you to read it & most of the book consists of figures & their descriptions as in other texts like Rigveda, Gita it’s difficult to understand the biological pathways.
