Canter collides with truck on Yamuna expressway

Noida, 11th October, 2022: On Tuesday morning in the Dankaur region, a canter crashed into a vehicle from behind near the Chapargarh underpass. The impact was so severe that the cabin of the canter caved inward, severely confining the driver. The operator, however, was able to get out and seek help.

According to Dankaur Kotwali in-charge, Radha Raman Singh, a canter full of oranges was driving towards Greater Noida on Tuesday morning from Agra.

The police arrived at the scene shortly after receiving the alert. After much effort the driver was brought out and admitted to Kailash Hospital in a serious condition.

The canter struck a truck that was ideally parked beside Chapargarh Underpass in the Dankaur Kotwali neighbourhood. The canter owner called the police after the incident and reported it. According to the investigation of police, the cause of accident was driver reportedly falling asleep.
