New Delhi, 22 October 2022: The daughter of a Delhi Police’s assistant commissioner has been booked in an FIR for allegedly assaulting a mall valet attendant in Saket.
The incident allegedly occurred on October 16 when the victim, Ram Ashish Kumar was delivering a vehicle to a client at the basement parking exit. He claimed that the defendant ran over his feet with her automobile while she was leaving the mall.
In the FIR, the victim said that an I-20 that was exiting the same basement ran over my feet as I got out of the car. My coworkers took me to the hospital right away for treatment. “I didn’t register the case earlier since I was waiting for my family members,” he added.
A case has been filed under rash or negligent driving, causing hurt, and an investigation is in progress, according to DCP South Chandan Chowdhary. “Accused driver has not yet been taken into custody. We are reviewing the CCTV recordings,” he further said.
