CBI raids former Haryana CM Home: ‘Government will change, you’ll have to stay’, Congress Leader Anand Sharma Threatens Govt Officials

New Delhi: Former Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda called the CBI raids against him on Friday “political vendetta” to suppress his voice. CBI teams raided his house here and several other premises in Delhi and the National Capital Region in connection with alleged land irregularities during the Congress leader’s tenure as chief minister.

Leading to that, Congress leader Anand Sharma threatened bureaucrats for raiding BS Hooda. Addressing the Press Conference at Party Office, He said,

“Officials must hear this.Govts do not have any permanency.There are few weeks left for the general elections to begin. It is certain this govt is rattled, Prime Minister is staring at an imminent defeat, that’s why these actions.”

He further said, “When the new govt resumes office, all such actions which have been at the behest of the political masters of today to harass, intimidate , frame & defame, even the charges, they will be held to account & they will have to answer.”

“In few months there will be polls and there will be a new govt which will decide for everyone that has misused powers on behalf of Modi and Shah, to harass and defame their political rivals,” added Anand Sharma, Congress Leader..
