CJI Ranjan Gogoi: ‘Enough is enough, Ayodhya hearing to end today at 5pm! No Time for intervention!’
CJI Ranjan Gogoi said that the hearing would be completed by 5 pm.
Earlier, the court also divided the time between all the parties.
The bench had fixed the hearing for October 17.
A constitution bench headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi told the lawyer of the Hindu side, CS Vaidyanathan, that one hour would be given to him and one hour would be given to the counsel for the Muslim side.
In the post-lunch hearing, the remaining 45-45 minutes will be given to the five parties and there will be a hearing for three hours after the lunch break.
