Comic book series of much loved cartoon character Motu-Patlu unveiled in Delhi

New Delhi: Madame Tussauds, the famous wax attraction, hosted the launch of India’s beloved cartoon character Motu Patlu’s comic book series at the Delhi attraction here today. Children from SMILE FOUNDATION unveiled the comic book alongside the figures of their favorite cartoon characters at the attraction.The book launch was followed by a brief comic-reading session for the enjoyrnent of the kids.

The comic book, is a special Madame Tussauds edition and chronicles the adventures of ‘Motu Patlu’ at the wax attraction. Earlier this year, Madame Tussauds also had unveiled the figures of the most loved cartoon characters.

P. K Bajaj, Editor and Owner of Lotpot Group said, “On our 50th year anniversary, we are pleased to present MOTU PATLU – Comic book Our first issue is in association with Madam Tussauds’ and will be available from their merchandise counter.

Further he revealed that how he came up with this iconic character of Motu Patlu. He also added that this character is different than the cartoon characters that are violent and are blamed for making childrens hyperactive.

The MOTU Patlu figures are very popular with children, which has made us want to offer something more to the fans. I’m sure kids will enjoy reading the adventures of Motu Patlu at Madame Tussauds Delhi.”
