Delhi Auto Expo 2018 Dates Announced, South Korean Car Manufacturer ‘Kia’ Becomes New Entrant!

SIAM (Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturer) the apex National body representing Indian Automobile industry has announced the dates of New Delhi Auto Expo 2018.

The Auto Expo motor show is scheduled from February 9 to February 14 at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida. Concurrently the component show will be organized at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from February 8 to 11. Both the events will be jointly inaugurated on February 8.

This year the duration of the Auto Expo has been extended by 1 day keeping in mind the ever increasing flow of visitors.

The first day of the Auto Expo has been reserved for media persons and special invitees. Business Visitor will be permitted from 9^th to 14^th February whereas general visitors can get glimpses of the grand auto extravaganza during the second half of the last day.

India Expo Mart Greater Noida Hosts Auto Expo Again

Same as last two years, the Auto Expo 2018 will also be taking place at sprawling, international standard facility of India Expo Centre and Mart, Greater Noida. The motor show will be spread across 1,85,000 square metres and will also have dedicated Innovation Zone, Smart Mobility Zone and Destination Zone for the first time.

The ticket sales for Auto Expo 2018 are expected to start by the end of year and could be booked online as well as will be available at several metro stations and expo venue.

South Korean Giant New Entrant

South Korean auto manufacturer Kia motors will be debuting first time in India at Auto Expo 2018. The 14^th edition of Delhi Auto Expo is expected to become host to three to four models of Korean car manufacturer. Kia might introduce one vehicle each in compact, sedan and high-end luxury segment.
