Delhi records first swine flu death of the season

The capital on Friday recorded its first swine flu fatality with a woman from Ghaziabad succumbing to the virus.

According to hospital sources, the woman, who was from Ghaziabad’s Model Town area, had been moved from Columbia hospital to Ganga Ram a few days back. She was bought in a critical state and both her lungs had stopped functioning. The woman was kept in an ICU.
