Following orders of UP CM Yogi Adityanath, Greater Noida authority today called for a tripartite meeting of Subhkamna City project.
Gretar Noida authority was represented by ACEO Janardan together with other concerned officials. Office bearers of Subhkamna City buyers association represented the buyer fraternity of the project.
Piyush Tiwari, Director, Subhkamna Buildtech Private Limited attended the meeting to give builder representation.
Contrary to most such previous meetings between different builder and buyers, this meeting was conducted in a more ordered and cordial atmosphere. Both buyers and builders got adequate time to speak out their versions and honest attempts were made to sort out the problem with mutual consent.
One buyer alleged that the construction at the site started in July, 2012 and has been not stopped since quite a lot time. He also said that no phase wise possession was announced during the time of booking but it has been proposed now.
President of Subhkamna city buyers association said,” The builder has been promising the delivery and we agree that he also wants to deliver it but on the ground nothing is moving forward. We do not have any fight but we do not have any faith as well”.
Director Piyish Tiwari said,”By Tuesday we agree to submit all details of money received and utilized. Independently these details are already shared with the buyers. We wish to complete the project as early as possible but we also need to derive a solution for the same. Our company has no interest or intention of delaying any projects”.
Authority ACEO Janardan informed,”The builder also has pending dues of about 29 crore that he needs to pay to authority. We are looking into all the possible factors that can end this logjam. I wish for an amicable solution that is acceptable to all the concerned parties”.
He also said that all documents received from builder will be shared with the buyers in a transparent manner and as per need another tripartite meeting can be conducted in month of July to reach a definitive solution.
