Greater Noida (9 July 2025): The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), a premier development agency under the Government of Uttar Pradesh, is set to conduct the draw for its Residential Plot Scheme RPS-09/2025 on 11th July 2025. The scheme, which opened in April 2025 and closed in May 2025, received significant public interest due to its strategic location and robust infrastructure prospects near the upcoming Jewar International Airport and the Yamuna Expressway corridor.

Scheme Highlights

YEIDA’s RPS-09/2025 includes 276 residential plots, categorized as follows:

•214 plots for the General Category

•48 plots reserved for farmers whose land was acquired

•14 plots for functional industrial units

Each plot is priced at ₹35,000 per square meter—equating to approximately ₹70 lakhs for a 200 sq. meter plot. A registration amount of ₹3,50,000 was required for application submission, which was accepted only online via YEIDA’s official portal: www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com.

Upcoming Draw

The manual draw of lots to determine allotments will be held on 11th July 2025. The entire process will be live-streamed on the Ten News National YouTube Channel for transparency and public viewing.
