EPCH Conferred with Amity Export Excellence Award by Amity Universities Group

NEW DELHI – 18th February’2021 – Acknowledging and highlighting the importance of Global Leadership during International Business Summit & Research Conference of Asia – 21st INBUSH ERA WORLD SUMMIT 2021 organized virtually by Amity Universities Group from February 17th to 19th, 2021. The INBUSH ERA WORLD SUMMIT 2021 witnessed the participation of over 500 Thought Leaders, Management Gurus, Ambassadors & High Commissioners, Vice Chancellors, Deans and Directors, Corporate leaders and students from almost 115 countries, said Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Director General-EPCH.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Director General-EPCH informed that EPCH being the model Export Promotion Council as considered by Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India, today conferred prestigious award of “AMITY EXPORT EXCELLENCE AWARD” by Amity Universities Group to EPCH during the 21st INBUSH ERA WORLD SUMMIT 2021 organized by Amity Universities Group, Noida and on behalf of the EPCH, award was received by Shri Ravi K. Passi, Chairman-EPCH.

In the citation read on the occasion EPCH contribution to the handicrafts sector were lauded as a game changer for millions of Artisans and also the positive impact on the Export Industry, said Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Director General-EPCH.

The Handicrafts exports during the year 2019-20 was Rs. 25,270 crores and during 1st nine months i.e April-December’2020-21 is Rs. 16941 Crores and USD 2269 Million informed by Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Director General – EPCH.
