Greater Noida: Euphoria – The Annual cultural fest 2019 was organised by ITS –CDSR. It was a three day interclass cultural and sports fiesta with participation from all the batches. The event began with great zest and zeal. All the undergraduate students and postgraduate students participated in the event.
The entire event witnessed a new level of energy and enthusiasm across the campus. The event concluded on 27th April, 2019 with prize and award distribution ceremony by Mr. Arpit Chadha (Hon’ble Vice Chairman, I.T.S – The Education Group), while addressing the gathering Mr. Arpit Chadha inspired all the students with his warm and motivating words and emphasized the importance of competitive and team spirit values which such kind of sports & cultural events inculcate in the students.
He said that students of I.T.S Dental College have not only shown academic excellence by securing top positions in university exams but have also shown their metal in cultural and sports events held during the event . He also congratulated and praised the students for their efforts. Also present in the event was Mr. Bhushan Arora (Secretary, I.T.S – The Education Group) who witnessed the whole event and also distributed medals to the winners. The entire faculty of the college also participated enthusiastically to make this endeavour successful.
The first day of this three day extravaganza included both indoor and outdoor sports events. All the batches showed spectacular performances in various sports events which included inter-batch Cricket, Basket ball, Volley ball, Badminton, Table tennis, Chess, Carom, Tug of war with a close competition.
The Second day consisted of awe-inspiring and power packed on-stage events including Solo singing, Duet Singing, Solo Dance, Group Dance, and Antakshari. Second day of this cultural extravaganza also had some fabulous off-stage events like Rangoli, Nukkad Natak, Master Chef and Face Painting. The fest continued through the whole day of 26th April 2019. The highlights of this day were fashion show and group dance. This was followed by a DJ night and dinner where the students tapped their feet to the latest numbers.
The final day of this fiesta had other cultural and talent exploring events like Best out of waste, Kavi samelan and Variety.
I.T.S Centre for Dental Studies and Research since its establishment, is providing health care services for both the rural and urban population. It is one of the premiere Institute in the country.
