7 am – 8am: Give time to yourself, enjoy the nature, walk, sit in sunlight, do yoga, pranayama, meditation
8am- 9 am: Wash hands, read newspaper, wash hand again
9am -10 am: Do breakfast, chew every bite 30 times, enjoy its taste, smell, odour, after taste, sound and colour
10-12: Watch TV, news, entertainment
12 – 1 PM : Have lunch, chew every bite 30 times, enjoy its taste, smell, odour, after taste, sound and colour
1-230 PM: Rest
3-4 Pm: facebook chat on Corona @drkkaggarwal
4-5 PM: Chat on other social media
5pm – 6 PM: Write or Read a book, magazine, read and watch MEDtalks
6 pm – 7 PM: 8am: Give time to yourself, walk, sit in sunlight, do yoga, pranayama, meditation
8pm – 9 pm: Give time to the family, plan for tomorrow and the next week
9pm – 10 PM: watch your favourite debate on TV
10 PM: Give respect to elders and sleep
