Arvinder Singh Lovely today spoke with media and said that AAP government of Delhi is flouting variance norms of parliamentary conduct. He called Aam Aadmi Party MLA’s as repeat offenders and said that it has become a practice that needs to be curbed.

Arvinder Singh Lovely said, “While the house is sitting an MLA should not carry any mobile phone or apparatus or electronic gadgets in the assembly. During first government when AAP MLA’s came wearing caps inside the assembly there own speaker spoke against it”.

He told that “Procedure of conduct business rule 61 part C has been surpassed in this and we will speak to LG regarding the same”.
