New Delhi –  March 5, 2020 –  Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH) and Tirthankar Mahavir University (TMU), Moradabad signed  MoU to collaborate for MBA Courses with specialization in Handicrafts Export Management.

The First Session of above MBA will commence from August 2020. The MoU was signed by Prof. Vivek Raman, Registrar TMU and Mr. Vipin Jain, Secretary TIMIT Society and Sh. R.K.Verma, Executive Director EPCH in the presence of Prof. Raghuveer Singh-Pro Vice Chancellor-TMU, Mr. Naved Ur Rehman – VIce Chairman – EPCH and Sh. Kamal Soni – Member CoA-EPCH, Ms. Rita Nahata – Dean CHEMS-EPCH, Mr Anshul Aggarwal – President Laghu Udhyog Bharti, Moradabad and Dr. Aditya Sharma – Joint Registrar-TMU.

Shri Rakesh Kumar, DG – EPCH said that Students pursuing MBA in Handicraft Export Management will register their presence in the handicrafts sector as new task force. Exporters of handicrafts sector will get the benefit of this task force as these students will get full detailed knowledge in this field and Exporters will be benefitted from these professionally qualified youths. Till now exporters had to make more efforts to get such a skilled young work force which sometimes took a lot of time..

 

Mr. Rakesh Kumar further said that after successfully doing this course,  in future, students will contribute in increase handicrafts exports which will give further boost to handicrafts sector.  He added said  that efforts are being made to undertake similar arrangements with various other universities in India.
