Formula Imperial and Indian Karting Race concludes with Thrilling Finale
The Formula imperial and Indian karting race, which took place from 12 to 16 October 2023 at Galgotias University campus and Buddha International Circuit, concluded today.
The final race was flagged off by Dheerendra Singh, MLA of Jewar and Dhruv Galgotia, CEO of Galgotias University at 10 am, today. The event was co-hosted by JK Tyre Co., ISIE, and Galgotias University, with a total of 20 electric carts and 12 vehicles participating in the racing segment.
Sanjay Sharma, Head of JK Tyre Motorsports, flagged off the Formula Imperial segment of the race. The names of the winners have been announced during the award distribution ceremony at the Buddha International Circuit. The winner of JK Tyre Formula Imperial champion is “Team Screwdrivers” from Dhole Patil College of Engineering, Maharashtra.
“Team Luftwaffe” from Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, Maharashtra are the champions in electric vehicle category.
The event saw participation from 18 states.
