Four accused arrested after encounter in Jewar Gang rape and Murder Case

After two months of consistent efforts Noida police has achieved success in nabbing the culprits of Jewar Gangrape and Murder case. The horrific assault that took place on intervening night of 24-25 May had shocked the whole country and even CM Yogi Adityanath has ordered to resolve the case on earliest.
Continued chase nabbed the culprits:
Team of multiple districts police forces combined with STF have been pursuing the culprits, however the criminals also kept on moving and changing places because of increased Police pressure. Raids were also conducted at multiple places however based on various sources and circumstantial evidences it was finally zeroed that “Bawariya Gang” had committed the crime. After confirm lead in this regard police parties zeroed in on the probable gang-members who would have been part of Jewar incident and finally made the move on night of 22 July.
Encounter and Recovery:
On Saturday midnight Police got the lead that a Gang is planning to do some incident near Sabota Underpass in Jewar. It was also expected that it might be the same gang which was involved in Jewar incident of May. Following the lead police teams surrounded the criminals at a village near Jewar. The accused’s started firing in attempt and police also fired in return. One criminal was injured in the encounter and three other were arrested. Two criminals also managed to escape from the encounter site.
The accused’s have confessed to belong to Bawariya gang and might be involved in other serious incidents of past as well. Police has also recovered Jewellery, Mobile phone, illegal weapons, cash etc. from the culprits.
Police finally confirms Rape:
After the arrest of accused’s police has confirmed the Rape charges levied by two women who were victims of Jewar incident. FSL report has found semen spot on clothes of two women. Police also says that women’s statement collaborated with circumstantial evidences prove the accusation of rape.
