PA. Building solid bridges between the world of work and training providers is essential in order to match the needs of enterprises. Hence, we are promoting start- up companies to work with us. Rather many start-up companies like Webeley, Incise, Forestallers, etc. are already in the campus. The institute is proving them infrastructural and technical support through its Microsoft Innovation Centre (MIC), which is eventually the first MIC in northern India. Glbians are working on the live projects of these companies and are getting hands-on, real time working experience. The institute also helps students to assess their ability and area of improvement to be covered up over time.
Along with regular course, we also provide industry specific add-on course and summer trainings on the latest technologies like Industrial Automation, Digital Control, PLC, VLSI, which are popular in industry. This initiative has helped students get placed with companies like TCS, iGate-Capgemini, NTT Data, Polaris Consulting and Services Ltd., Fiserv, Virtusa, NIIT Technologies, Infogain, ELGI Equipments Ltd. Tata Teleservices Limited, etc. This year 780 students out of 1000 have received the offers and still the placement is going on. The credit goes to students and faculty members.
