Galgotias University hosts art festival, parent-teacher dialogue

Galgotias University’s School of Liberal Education organized parent-teacher dialogue and a grand arts festival on February 23. Mallika Arjun Babu, Vice Chancellor of Galgotias University inaugurated the event by ribbon cutting ceremony. On this occasion, Prof. VC Avdhesh Kumar, Advisor to Chancellor Renu Luthra, Registrar Nitin Goud, Dean of School of Liberal Education Dr. Anuradha Parashar and all the parents who came as guests were present. Presence of Parents, students and faculty members all together made the event very beautiful.

Making earthen lamps, reading poetry, singing, Garba dance, painting and making Rangoli etc. were specially included in these activities.

When Vice Chancellor of the University Mallika Arjun Babu, Prof. VC Awadhesh Kumar, Advisor to Chancellor Renu Luthra, Registrar Nitin Goud, Dean of School of Liberal Education Dr. Anuradha Parashar made earthen lamps from the chalk, the hall was filled with applaud. All students present on the occasion applauded several times specially when Anuradha Parashar made very beautiful earthen lamps. Affinity to nation, culture and everyone’s compassion was clearly visible.

Parents too communicated directly with teachers about their child’s activities in the university and get information about their child. Parents praised the program a lot.

Dr. Anuradha Parashar, Dean, School of Liberal Education, while wishing everyone said that such programs provided a good opportunity to the parents to know about the activities of their wards as well as to connect with the university and get to know the great culture of our nation.

Expressing her best wishes for the program, University Director Aradhana Galgotia said that parents are an integral part of our university, so lecturers and professors must keep communicating with them from time to time. University Chancellor Sunil Galgotia conveyed his best wishes to all for the successful programme. CEO Dhruv Galgotia said that such programs are very inspiring for students, specially youth of the country to know and follow the great culture of our nation.
