Galgotias University’s 6th convocation tomorrow, Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak to felicitate toppers

Greater Noida (22/07/2022): The 6th convocation ceremony of Galgotias University is going to take place on Saturday, July 23, with toppers from various streams being felicitated in presence of eminent guests.
The chief guest for this year’s convocation ceremony will be Uttar Pradesh’s Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak. Former central minister and incumbent Noida MP Dr Mahesh Sharma, Dadri MLA Tejpal Nagar, Jewar MLA Dhirendra Singh, Professor Girish Chandra Tripathi, Chairman of Uttar Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, H.E Ahmed Sule, High Commissioner of Nigeria, HE Mustapha Jawara, High Commissioner of Gambia are going to be the guests of honours for the event.
The convocation ceremony will be taking place at the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida.
Chancellor of the university Suneel Galgota and University CEO Dhruv Galgotia will also share their words of wisdom to encourage the passing batch of students for the start of their professional lives.
Due to Covid induced safety protocols the convocation ceremony is organized as such a massive scale after two years. Degrees will be conferred on thousands of students during tomorrows ceremony, which will also witness the meritorious students among them receiving gold and silver medals.
The founder of the institute group, Sunil Galgotia, had laid the foundation of this university in the year 2011 on the Yamuna Expressway. In a span of just 10 years, this educational institution has made significant achievements.
In previous years, many key dignitaries have visited the university campus and lauded it for being one of the best centres of higher education in the country.
