Galgotias University’s 7-day “National Service Scheme” camp concludes

A seven-day camp was organized at various districts of Gautam Budh Nagar under the National Service Scheme by Galgotias University.

250 students participated in these camps. Atta Gujran, Lala Lajpatrai Kanhaiya Inter College Dankaur, Dhakwala Dankaur, Motipur Madhaiya and Bhatta Parsaul village were the venues of these camps.

The Coordinator of the NSS branch of the university, Dr. Aagyaram Pandey said that in these seven-day camps, the students performed their duty with full dedication. They interacted directly with the villagers, listened to their problems and solved them with the help of the administration.

The following issues were covered during these camps :
1) Cleanliness drive by cleaning drains
2) Tree plantation drive
3) Information about digital awareness was given to the villagers
4) The problems of the poor families were highlighted to the administration

During these seven days, officers of the police administration also met the students. Sub-Inspector Traffic Police Rakesh Kumar went to the camps and informed the students about the traffic rules and also administered them an oath to follow the traffic rules.

The Chancellor  Suneel Galgotia, the CEO Dhruv Galgotia, the Vice Chancellor, Dr. K. Mallikarjuna Babu, and Pro Vice Chancellor Dr Awadesh kumar appreciated the efforts of the students and assured them of the full support for all future activities of the NSS scheme.
