Galgotias University’s curriculum being in sync with industry expectations leads to great placements, reveals Chancellor Suneel Galgotia

Greater Noida, 25 July 2022: In an exclusive conversation with Ten News, Suneel Galgotia, Chancellor of the Galgotias University, Greater Noida talked about the role of values and hard work in a student’s life and outlined why the university founded by him continuous to be a pioneer in the field of higher education.

Speaking to Ten News on the sidelines of the 6th Convocation Ceremony of the University, he said, “Over 3000 students have been conferred a degree today. I want to tell them that they need to be a good human being first and have a system for their Indian values. Also, every individual needs to be sincere in their profession, because if you are sincere, you will be successful.”

When asked about the impeccable placement record of his university, he revealed that placements are a direct consequence of the education that we give to the child since his younger years. “Traditionally, our placements have always been very good. Our curriculum is industry synchronised and we work very closely with the industry to keep it updated. Our students are made ready for the industry and that is why our placements are good,” he added.

“Moreover, our larger motive is to teach the student’s value systems which are very important. The traditional value systems like in gurukuls where you teach them to respect the elders and teachers, to work hard, and be sincere in their work to be successful. Without values, you are not humans,” he concluded.
