Gautam Buddh Nagar administration deliberates on rising threat of Covid with social organizations of the district
To deliberate on the rising threat of Covid in the Gautam Buddh Nagar district, a webinar was organised on Sunday by the District Magistrate and police commissionerate with the social / business associations of the district.
The webinar was led by District Magistrate Subhas LY, Commissioner of Police Alok Singh, CMO- GBN, Addl. Commissioner Love Kumar, DCP, Addl. DCP, CDO-GBN, Admin(F/R)GBN.
The administration requested everyone to follow the Covid -19 guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and the state’s own guidelines to prevent the spread of Covid-19. The administration recommended use of thermal scanner, arogya setu app, waste disposal, dis-infection of lift and common area, hand hygiene and sanitizer dispenser to minimize the spread of Covid-19.
All the RWA s and the social organizations were entrusted with a special role to make all its residents aware of the latest guidelines and to promote the vaccination.
During the webinar, the administration assured increased testing and better contact tracing. The administration also shared the plan to reactivate the “Nigrani Samitis” to trace the people coming from other states like Maharashtra, Gujrat, Kerala and or other countries.
Federation including FONRWA, DDRWA, NOFFA, NEFOMA, Janshakti Samiti, CONRWA, Ever Green Federation of Greater Noida, Sector 18,Market Association, RWAs, AOAs, NGOs, Village Federations, progressive Community Association (PCF), Noida Entrepreneurs Association (NEA) participated in the webinar.
