Executive dies of suffocation as fire breaks out in #Ghaziabad hotel

An executive staying in Ghaziabad’s Apple Tree hotel reportedly died due to suffocation when a fire broke out in the hotel Friday morning. Fifty year old executive in Kolkata based company, Sushant Khare had checked in the hotel on Thursday.The hotel staff managed to rescue all guests staying in the hotel when a fire broke out in early hours on Friday. However, since Khare’s room was locked from inside, the doors had to be broken as he did not wake up. Though he was rushed to nearest hospital, according to staff, but he could not be saved.SP City, Ghaziabad, Ajay Pal Sharma informed that the deceased’s body has been sent for autopsy and a case has been registered. No arrest has been made yet, he mentioned.
