#Ghaziabad transport department flouts NGT order

Despite NGT’s order on Ghaziabad transport department has issued fitness certificates of 1990 and 2002 make models. TOI has copies of fitness certificate of these vehicles which are issued by Ghaziabad transport department with the provision of motor vehicle act 1988. UP transport commissioner has promised to take stringent action into the matter.
