GJC presents India’s landmark B2B Expo India Gems & Jewellery Show 2022 (GJS), scheduled from 3rd to 6th April, 2022 at Jio World Convention Center, Mumbai

Mumbai, 28 March, 2022: All India Gem and Jewellery Domestic Council (GJC), the Apex industry body representing the entire jewellery value chain across India, proudly presents its 1st large scale B2B Jewellery Expo “INDIA GEM & JEWELLERY SHOW (GJS 2022)” scheduled to be held from 3rd April to 6th April at Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai.

GJS will comprise top of the line manufacturers/wholesalers in Gold, Studded, Diamond, Couture Jewellery, Gemstone, Pearls, Loose Diamonds, Allied and Machinery as well as dealers from all over the industry. GJS includes the participation of a large number of exhibitors from across India and endeavours to be the ultimate sourcing platform for doing business and a must-attend for every jeweller interested in the Indian market. The show will create a conducive atmosphere for the retailers to explore various exclusive and trendsetting jewellery, apart from encouraging a strong business relationship.

The maiden GJS show has received a phenomenal support and is over-booked. The response from the visitors is also the same and there are positive vibes all around, for the show. The show is creating a lot of excitement and people are eager to witness this mega event.

The venue of this event is unique in itself which adds to the glitter of jewellery. The Jio World Convention Centre – India’s largest convention facility is a stunning new landmark located in the heart of Mumbai. It is a business and cultural hub in Bandra-Kurla Complex, Mumbai. This Centre has been developed with an international design concept while honouring the culture and spirit of India.

India Gems & Jewellery Show 2022 (GJS) is the largest trade show for the gems and jewellery industry which is being organized to keep domestic industry in mind. GJS is being organized on the demand of the jewellery value chain participants who felt the need of such an event to showcase their contemporary jewellery designs and exchange business ideas with other industry players.

Growing exhibitors’ appetite for such exhibitions can be gauged from the fact that the space under the event is fully booked. Registration of exhibitors, jewellery designers, wholesalers and retailers has also been in full swing. The organizers have received encouraging response from visitors also. Thousands of visitors from all walks of jewellery value chain and spread across the country have enrolled themselves to experience this unique show.

Mr Saiyam Mehra, Vice Chairman of All India Gem and Jewellery Domestic Council (GJC) and Convener of GJS, said “We are overwhelmed with the response that our industry has shown towards GJS 2022. GJS is one of the few exhibitions that has presented after nearly two years of Covid-induced disruptions in physical attendance in the show.
