GL Bajaj and NHRDN organize HR Conclave to deliberate on cracking Human Potential
Greater Noida, 14th Dec: Today, G.L Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management organized HR Conclave in association with National HRD Network at their Greater Noida campus.
The conclave facilitated discussions around cracking the Human Potential and development of Human Resources.
CMD of Majestic Auto Mahesh Munjal was the Chief Guest for the conclave who was accompanied by the Vice Chairman of G.L Bajaj Group Pankaj Agarwal and Director Dr. Rajeev Agrawal.
The event witnessed an august gathering of top HR Professional and faculties.
The event begin with lighting of the lamp and welcome address by Pankaj Agarwal. Mr. Agarwal in his address welcomed the Chief Guest and talked about the challenges that the organizations are facing including hiring the best talents and retaining them.
He also talked about the higher expectations of employees, “They want something rewarding, engaging and purposeful. They want to contribute to a company in a meaningful way.”
The welcome address was followed by a brief presentation by Dr. Rajeev Agrawal who shared the mission, vision and some key initiatives and achievements of G.L Bajaj Group.
Finally, the Chief Guest was invited to address the gathering. In his address, Mr. Munjal talked about how everyone is born with some natural talent or capacity.
He also talked about how some people are able to take the organization forward on their own shoulders whereas some go through embarrassment throughout their life, referring to the hidden potential that some people in the second case have not been able to identify.
The chief guest address was followed by 2 panel discussions: “Talent Management – Cracking the code of Human Potential” and “People Development – Decoding the New HR Equation”
