Vice Chairman of GL Bajaj Institute, Pankaj Agarwal, also addressed the gathering. He expressed his gratitude to the Chief Guest and other dignitaries for their presence. He highlighted the achievements of the institute over the past 20 years and outlined its future plans. He also emphasized the importance of innovation, entrepreneurship, and skill development in the current scenario.

Agarwal said, “I am deeply honored to be a part of this remarkable journey. Our dream has turned into reality, and we have come so far with the blessings. He described students as the “Soul of GL Bajaj.” He said, “You all are the pride of our institution, and we are proud to have you as our students.”

Agarwal concluded the ceremony by saying, “We understand that mental health is important, and we will continue to work towards creating a healthy and supportive environment for our students. We are privileged to have been inspired and we will continue to strive for excellence in education.” And he ended up by saying,” Jo bit raha hai woh samay nahi jeevan hai, Isse kaise bitaana hai yeh ek chaiyan hai ”

Jagdambika Pal, in his address, congratulated the institute on its 20 years of excellence in education. He emphasized the importance of quality education in shaping the future of the country. He also appreciated the efforts of the institute in imparting value-based education to its students.

Speaking on the occasion, Pal said, “I am very fortunate and lucky to have been associated with this institution since its inception. I attended the bhumi poojan of this institute as a chief guest in 2004, and it’s an honor to be here again as a chief guest on this occasion of 20 years of excellence.”

He praised the institute’s efforts in imparting value-based education to its students. “I appreciate the efforts of the institute in providing quality education to its students. The institute’s policy of no donation and admission based on merit is truly commendable,” he said. Pal also spoke about the institute’s founder, R.K. Agarwal, and his vision for the institution. “His vision for this institution was to provide quality education to students and shape their future,” he said.

“I must say that Pankaj Agarwal, Vice Chairman, looks much younger than his age. I have had a very close relationship with GL Bajaj, and it’s like a family to me. R.K. Agarwal, the founder, never visited any political party or leader; he would only visit my house because we shared a familial bond.”

“In my opinion, teachers never retire. When we performed the bhumi poojan on this barren land, many famous and prestigious institutions were present, and we wondered how this institution would compete with them. However, every college and institution were charging donations and high fees, but GL Bajaj set a principle of no donation and admission based solely on merit. This policy alone sets this college apart as one of the best institutes. This occasion is not just a celebration, but it’s the result of the hard work put in by this institution. We can’t judge our work by ourselves; our students have the right to judge the work of GL Bajaj. I have always been a guardian to the students here, and I would often inquire about their progress.”

He said ,”Over 10,000 alumni have passed out of this institution, and one of its biggest achievements is that it has organized its alumni meetups in unique and prestigious locations. While most colleges and institutions hold their alumni meetups on campus, GL Bajaj Institute has taken it to the next level by organizing its meetup on a London cruise, which was famous all over England. The next alumni meetup is scheduled to take place in the USA. This is a remarkable achievement for the students.

The institute has received numerous awards and rankings every year, including Best PGDM Institute, Best Management College, and Best Placement Giving College. Notably, while many private colleges have opened their own universities, GL Bajaj Institute has chosen not to do so, despite having over 15,000 students and limited space on campus.”

He said, I would have love to be a student over this institution if i was not present in parliament. He motivated the students to work hard and focus on their studies. “I want to tell the students that they should read, learn, and attend classes regularly. If they do so, they will be able to make a strong foundation for their future and reach great heights,” he said.

The ceremony was attended by a large number of dignitaries, including faculty members, students, and alumni of the institute. The event was a testament to the institute’s commitment to excellence in education and its efforts to shape the future of its students. The staff members of the department were honored with a shawl and a memento as a token of appreciation for their dedication and hard work. The ceremony ended with a vote of thanks, and the institute’s students, faculty, and staff celebrated this milestone achievement with great enthusiasm and pride.
