GL Bajaj Institute of Management Research organizes Talent Management Seminar

GLBIMR organized 5th Management Development Program on “Talent Management- A Heart of Transcendence in Knowledge Economy” on October 27, 2017 at its Greater Noida Campus, to disseminate the intellectual knowledge and provide platform for industry and academia of management professionals.

This is yet another initiative taken by the institute under the visionary guidance of Pankaj Agarwal, Vice Chairman, GL Bajaj Group of Institutions and Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director General, GLBIMR. The Chief Guest of the event was Babu Vittal – Head HR, Shopclues.com, while Kamalendu Bali- Director-Solutions, Concentrix, Gurgaon was the expert resource person.

Dr. Makkar shared that, this MDP was a huge success last year and therefore GLBIMR continued the legacy by organizing the succession MDP. The event witnessed participation of more than 100 delegates from various corporate houses and academia. Dr. Makkar, Director General emphasized on the way this program will help the organization gain an understanding of the intricacies of talent management like talent acquisition, employee on- boarding and integration, performance management, retention, individual development etc. Mr. Kamalendu Bali shared various constituents stages of  talent management like, Understanding Strategy-Driven Talent Management , process of acquiring strong workforce; aligning employees with the organizational objectives, mapping people against the future initiatives of the organization, succession planning and retention with the help of case study & live examples.

All the delegates were conferred with Participation Certificate. The event was extremely successful.
