Goddess Durga Descents at Kali Bari Greater Noida, Devotees Throng for Darshan!

It was Sixth day of Navratra and Kali Bari sitauted at Pie sector Greater Noida was abuzz with excitement and fervor with arrival of Goddess Durga.
In Bengali tradition it is believed that Goddess Durga visits her ‘Maayka’ with all her children during these Navratra’s. And the community leaves no stone unturned to make her stay eventful and joyous.
While “Pushpanjali” will be paid to Goddess in morning everyday, the evening Aarti will be done around 7 Pm. Thereafter grand cultural performances will keep devotees entertained and enthralled.
Today on Wednesday the famous “Dhundchi Nritya” a permanent and one of the most awaited ritual of any Bengali Durja Puja will be performed at 7 in the evening.
Thereafter a ladies drama performance is scheduled for 9 PM.
The Durga Pujo Sthal at Greater Noida is also filled with delicious food stalls spread around Kalibari’s large, green campus.
